Seth R. Penn is the pseudonym of an active law enforcement detective, who is attempting to transition into writing fiction. He draws from his experience working Internet Crimes Against Children cases to write authentic police procedurals, which frequently collide with cosmic horror. He is currently writing his debut novel, Charon's Garden, and its companion mosaic, Skeletons on the Horizon.
